In this comedy, Lady Mab Infold and Blanche Nixon, a typewriter saleswoman, play at multiple personality and multiple consciousness and, in so doing, change roles. Blanche Nixon acts her role as Lady Mab so well that she steals her fiance, her fortune, and her status in life. Lady Mob, to recoup her name and her possessions, is forced to make a lecture tour of the United States.
